    • 1 -2 weeks of work together (Batch recording is required from the host in order for tasks to be completed.)
    • Pre-work questionnaire to be completed before the selected date
    • One (60-90 minute) strategy call at the beginning of the week to review tasks and set objectives
    • Debrief call at the end of our time to provide clarity, discuss results and next steps
    • Podcast Management workflow to help work through tasks for the week (Asana)

    • How to be prepared for our time together?
      - Start with the pre-work questions.
      - Set aside time during our 1 - 2 weeks to do the focused work. This will include recording in a quiet space and having the equipment ready ahead of time.
      - The week will kick off with a strategy call, which will help guide our work together.
      - Be prepared to communicate throughout the week, through the project management tool.
      - Have your content prepared.
    • What equipment will I need to record?
      - For optimum sound quality, it would be good to use a microphone and a set of headphones.
      - You will need to host your private audio feed on a hosting platform. I recommend the platform Hello Audio. More information is in the pre-work questionnaire and we can discuss during our strategy call.
    • What is Voxer?
      Voxer is a communication tool (app available on Android + IOS) that acts as a hybrid between walkie-talkie and texting.  It's also accessible on the Desktop but the mobile version is much easier.

      1 week of Voxer support - You can ask questions and get strategic advice during the 1 week period.  I will be available from 9 AM - 5 PM MST on WEEKDAYS (Monday - Friday).
