  • What website platform do you build on?
    We build all of our websites on the platform Showit. If you have a blog feature, it will be powered by Wordpress, but your site is hosted and customized on Showit.
  • How do I know if the custom design is the right for me?
    If you are ready to have your website connect and convert, the custom design is for you! The custom package includes the development of 8+ pages. Includes a mini-brand board to refresh your color palette, font suite and Wordmark logo. If you are still unsure, send me a message at support@mayandjamesco.com and I will answer any further questions you may have.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Absolutely! I love working with entrepreneurs at every stage in business and understand that a website is an investment. If you are interested, let's chat!
  • What about copy for my website?
    I require all website copy to be provided prior to building the site. It's crucial for the site design and layout process. If you are wanting to DIY your copy, we have a Copy Content Guide that will be provided to you as a resource. If writing copy isn't your thing, I can connect you with some amazing Copywriters!
  • What about Images for the website?
    A brand photoshoot is key to bringing your brand to life! Your website is a reflection of you and your photos are a huge part of that. I did provide information on our collaboration with Work Play Branding, if you are interested in getting a refresh. We can talk all the details and timeline on how and when a brand photoshoot makes sense so that we have the necessary photos to optimize your website.
  • What if I want to make updates to my site when we are done?
    You don't have to hire a designer to make updates to your site, that is why we love working with Showit! Once your website is complete, we will give you an in-depth video tutorial showing you how to make any necessary changes and updates.
  • I'm ready to start, how far in advance do I have to book?
    We like to give ourselves at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for enough time to gather all of the necessary content for your website build. We will do our best to accommodate if you are working towards a targeted date!
  • How do I get started?
    Start by making your payment through this form. If you are looking for a payment plan option, please connect with me at support@mayandjamesco.com. Once the payment and contract are looked after, you will be set up with a project management board where all the details will be in one place.
